1st Class of '25 Graduation - Congratulations All!

Taree Bridge Club (TBC) recently completed a highly productive10-week beginner's course with a very healthy outcome - 23 graduates were awarded certificates by TBC President, Jenni Saunders. A special thank-you bouquet was presented to Sue Eishauer for her skill, dedication and hard work in running the successful course.

To assist in new players' development, TBC will now be running supervised sessions each Thursday, from 24 April 2025, start time 9a.m., cost $5 (includes morning tea). These games offer all beginners a supportive environment for learning and practising bridge, with instruction and guidance available from a teacher or helpful experienced player nearby when required. Thursday morning games will be less competitive than our open duplicate sessions, allowing novice players to focus on skill development and building confidence at their own pace.

All beginners welcome, no need to organise a partner. Please register your interest with Lynne (ph: 0494 398 162) so we can arrange the correct number of tables. 18 boards will be played, and TBC member winners and placegetters can earn half-points towards their official Australian Bridge Federation (ABF) standing.
